Forces Help to Buy lending

We support Forces Help to Buy

In April 2014 the Government introduced a scheme that offers regular service personnel the opportunity to borrow up to 50% of their salary – to a maximum loan size of £25,000 – as an interest free loan to be used as a deposit for a home. 

Many military personnel find they do not qualify for Help to Buy with mainstream lenders, due to limited credit history caused by frequent work outside of the UK and subsequently not appearing on the electoral register.
